How to read the answer

The list is ordered by least overshoot

The first row is the lowest rated construction that still clears your requirement plus your margin. Rows below it clear the requirement by more, and on a floating floor that extra rating is usually bought with extra weight.

Rw is a laboratory figure

Every value here was measured on a nominal 5 mm steel deck under laboratory conditions. A deck plate of a different thickness, or penetrations through the floor, will not reproduce the laboratory number exactly.

An empty list is an answer too

If nothing matches, the requirement is above what this range covers at that fire class. Splitting the requirement between the floor and the ceiling or bulkhead is the usual next move, and it is a conversation worth having at drawing stage.
