Why the test part is on this list

A certificate can be current, correctly issued and still not answer the question the plan reviewer is asking, because different administrations point at different parts of the same fire test code. It costs nothing to ask before the submittal and it costs a revision cycle to find out afterwards.

What this tool does not do

It does not tell you whether your ship will be approved, and it does not adjudicate between review routes. It reports what our documents say and where they stop. Ask us for copies and put them in front of the surveyor early.
